Deep Relief Roll-On was formulated to relieve muscle soreness and tension. Deep Relief contains the therapeutic essential oils of Peppermint, Wintergreen, Copaiba, and Palo Santo as well as others to play an integral part of healing in this blend. Deep Relief is portable and easy to use for convenience.

“I love this new blend for my stuff, tense neck and shoulders – my headache prevention. If I didn’t have a home office and had to battle rush hour traffic everyday – you bet this would be one of the staples in my car! Instead, mine sits on my nightstand, I keep it handy if I have some tension in my back or shoulders prior to falling asleep. Like last night when I started to get a muscle cramp on the side of my neck – 5 minutes later, I was as good as new! This one Young Living essential oil blend I certainly want in my Emergency Preparedness / First Aid Kit!” ~ Evelyn Vincent

Tension headaches, tight muscles, and overall soreness are commonalities of most adults. Deep Relief Essential Oil Roll-On offers a convenient, natural remedy to these indications. What makes Deep Relief a great, natural solution for muscle soreness and tension relief ? Several essential oils highly regarded for anti-inflammatory properties are found in this blend. Peppermint, wintergreen, and Copaiba are just three of the key ingredients that contribute to efficacy of Deep Relief.

Primary Benefits of Deep Relief Roll-On

  • Peppermint and wintergreen essential oils soothe sore joints and ligaments
  • Deep Relief Essential Oil Roll-On helps counter stressed nerves
  • Copaiba essential oil reduces inflammation and muscle spasms
  • Deep Relief Essential Oil Roll-On eases tight, sore muscles
  • The essential oil roll-on offers portability convenience in a no-mess application

Key Essential Oils in the Deep Relief Essential Oil Blend

  • Peppermint essential oil (Menthe piperita) is one of the most highly regarded herbs for soothing stomach discomfort. It has also been found to relieve tension and discomfort of the neck and head.
  • Copaiba essential oil (Copaifera L. genus) is commonly used in anti-inflammatory recipes prescribed by Amazonian traditional medical practitioners. Featured in European and North American pharmacopeias, copaiba is recognized for reducing inflammation and muscle spasms.
  • Helichrysum essential oil (Helichrysum italicum) has been studied by European researchers for regenerating tissue and improving circulation. In short supply, helichrysum is one of Young Living’s most prized oils. Helichrysum can be used for aromatherapy or diffused to aid in tension relief.
  • Palo Santo essential oil (Bursera graveolens) is known as a spiritual oil. Palo Santo, harvested at Gary Young’s Ecuador farm, has traditionally been used to purify and cleanse the spirit from negative energies. Palo Santo adds purity to Deep Relief Essential Oil Roll-On.

How To Use Deep Relief

Apply generously on location every fifteen minutes for up to four applications. For head tension, apply over temples and on forehead (avoiding eye area).

Stress Away Essential Oil Roll-On

Stress Away Roll-On is a unique blend of vanilla, lime, and other essential oils makes relieving daily stress convenient and easy. This blend smells so wonderful I wear it as a perfume!

Stress Away also includes copaiba and lavender to reduce mental rigidity and restore equilibrium. It also features powerful plant constituents, such as the cedrol found in cedarwood and the eugenol that occurs naturally in vanilla. Cedrol can help induce relaxation, while eugenol works to reduce nervous tension. All of these ingredients are expertly blended with the exotic scent of ocotea, Young Living’s exclusive Ecuador single.

Adding to the uplifting aroma of Stress Away is a subtle hint of lime, from Young Living’s unique coumarin-free lime essential oil. Regular lime, like most citrus essential oils, contains coumarins that are potentially photo-sensitizing and damaging to the skin. Young Living Therapeutic-grade lime essential oil minimizes any skin sensitivity, particularly when used while in the sun.

Stress Away Benefits

  • Reduce stress any time, anywhere with the convenience and portability of an essential oil roll-on.
  • Use Stress Away in anticipation of events or situations that may cause mental tension.
  • Lessening normal everyday stress can lead to improved sleep and elevated state of mind.

Key Therapeutic-grade Essential Oils in Stress Away

  • Vanilla – the warm, sweet aroma of vanilla calms and reduces tension.
  • Lime – the delicious scent of lime is robust and refreshing.
  • Ocotea – ocotea is an exotic scent somewhat similar to cinnamon.
  • Cedarwood - one of the highest known levels of sesquiterpenes, cedarwood works with the brain to improve relaxation.
  • Copaiba – supports the Stress Away blend with the powerful constituent beta caryophyllene.
  • Lavender – a floral scent that helps calms any tense mood.

How To Use Stress Away Roll-On

Shake well and apply generously to wrists, neck, arms, or anywhere you love experiencing essential oils.

Notable Facts About the essential Oils in Stress Away

  • Ocotea essential oil is derived from the tall ocotea tree and has a long history of traditional usage in the Amazon.
  • Copaiba is the only essential oil extracted through tapping, similar to how maple and rubber are gathered.
  • The vanilla in Stress Away does not contain water, unlike most vanilla oil sold on the market today.

This essential oil blend is well suited for use after exercise or at the end of a trying day, it also provides soothing comfort for the head, neck, and tired feet. The anti-inflammatory and muscle-relaxing essential oils in this blend can promote circulation and treat spasmed, tight, inflamed, aching muscles resulting from injury, fatigue, or stress. It also can relieve headaches.

  • Basil (Ocimum basilicum) combats muscle spasms and inflammation. It is relaxing to both striated and smooth muscles (involuntary muscles such as those found in the heart and digestive system).

  • Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) relieves muscle spasms/sprains/pains, headaches, inflammation, anxiety, burns, and skin conditions (psoriasis) preventing scarring, and stretch marks. It is hypotensive, anti-infectious, anticoagulant.
  • Peppermint (Mentha piperita) has powerful pain-blocking, anti-inflammatory, and anti-spasmodic properties. A 1994 double-blind, placebo controlled, randomized cross-over study at the University of Kiel in Germany found that peppermint oil had a significant analgesic effect (Gobel et al., 1994).

Aroma Siez Testimonials

Discomfort in Deep Muscles

“Every fall when the weather is hot, then cold, then hot, then cold here in Florida, I get chest pains that my doctor has characterized as Charlie horses in the deep muscles of my chest. Unlike a leg or foot muscle, you can’t massage these or walk to stretch them, so there was nothing to do but “endure” these annoying episodes, which sometimes lasted for two hours. One night I woke up with this chest pain, and as I lay there thinking about what I could do for it, I remembered the instant results I had had with Aroma Siez on other people’s leg cramps. So I got up and rubbed a few drops of Aroma Siez on my chest, and the pain went away in about 10 minutes!” ~ Jan E.

Aroma Siez After Strenous Activity

“We use Aroma Siez after our Tai Chi classes or a long day of gardening. Smells spicy. Works wonderfully.” ~ Cynthe B.

Aroma Siez and Muscle Spasm

“After moving a heavy bureau, I had muscle cramps along the left side of my body. The cramps were so severe, I almost went for a series of trigger point injections. Instead, I had a friend apply a drop each of helichrysum essential oil and Aroma Siez oil blend on the most tender point of the muscle and press hard, wiggling the finger just a little. In each trigger point, this process released the spasm. I repeated this procedure on a friend who had an uncomfortable charlie horse on his leg, and the discomfort stopped immediately. He was truly surprised because he had muscle spasms in his leg for years, and nothing had ever worked before.” ~ Sharon T.

Aroma Siez for Tight Muscles

“I have also recently had some experiences with cramping of the toes and feet (VERY uncomfortable), and I used Aroma Siez, since it is for seized up muscles. It worked beautifully, within a couple of minutes.” ~ Joy

Aroma Siez and Foot Cramps

“Another manifestation of my current body imbalance was waking up in the middle of the night with foot cramps…big OUCH! Thank goodness I had my trusty Aroma Siez (for those seized-up muscles) handy. I just applied a couple of drops neat on top of the feet, and on the bottom, and again, the cramping stopped as if by magic. I am so grateful that I now have built my “stash” of oils to have them all. I remember well when I was just beginning in the business, and my upline (who just came into the business a week or so before me) and I used to discuss which oils we would order first, in our desire to build an inventory, and how we felt it would be quite a while before we could order the kits.

It’s interesting to look back on that time, and I’m so grateful I stayed with it. Over time, Young Living has brought many blessings…not only the wonderful effective healing, but the abundance to now order whatever I choose without concern. The choice to join Young Living certainly turned out to be one of my better decisions in this lifetime!” ~ Anonymous

Aroma Siez for Charlie Horse

“From time to time I get charlie horses and when I apply the Aroma Siez on the knot and massage it in the muscle will relax and the knot goes away. ( Another thing you need to remember is when you get a lot of charlie horses you are not drinking enough water). Also I use the Aroma Siez when I do massage to relieve the tight muscles in the back.” ~  Nancy S.

What Doug did for disk problem

“My experience with essential oils started like most people, with a physical condition and pain. I began having severe neck pain which progressed down my left shoulder and ultimately to my left elbow. At first, I just lived with it, but then I started to experience weakness in my left tricep, and that’s when I decided to contact a doctor and see what was wrong.

An MRI showed the disk between the C-6 and C-7 vertebrae to be bulging. The swelling in the joint was putting pressure on the nerve which was causing the pain and the weakness in my arm. In fact, the tricep muscle was actually beginning to atrophy.

My doctor gave me 3 options, first, physical therapy sessions. I did that with little effect. Second, an epidural in my neck, which is an injection of anti-inflammatory drugs directly into the disk designed to reduce the swelling and help the disk move back in place. The third option was surgery, where they would fuse the two vertebrae together.

I was in my early 30’s and very active in sports and skiing and did not want options 2 or 3! That’s when a friend told me about the oils and how they had helped him with a similar problem with his back.  Long story short, I tried them, and it was nothing short of a miracle!  Within minutes my neck and shoulder felt better, and by the next morning, I had no more pain! ZERO!

My neck and arm have been fine since, nearly 10 years now, and I regularly use the oils as simple maintenance and for many other reasons that are too numerous to list here. Many people have asked me which oils were used on my back and neck, so here is a list of the oils and how they were applied by Julie Herbert – whose husband, Gordon, first introduced me to these amazing medicines.

Start with Valor on the feet. Then layer oils of Basil, Marjoram, Aroma Siez, Wintergreen, PanAway, Cypress, LEMONGRASS, Geranium, and Peppermint on the VitaFlex points on the feet, one after another. (There is a foot chart in the book, Essential Oils Desk Reference, which shows where points related to the spine, shoulders and neck are located on the feet called VitaFlex points).

Then apply the same oils on the neck and shoulder or pain-affected area using Peppermint last, followed by Ortho Ease. Peppermint is used last because it is the amplifier of the other oils followed by Ortho Ease. Today, for someone with the same condition, you would also use Idaho Balsam Fir, and then start taking the supplements BLM (for bone, muscle, and ligaments) and Sulfurzyme.

BLM and Sulfurzyme were not available when I had my neck problem. I am a true believer in the power of these oils to heal the body, mind, and spirit. I hope you will experience the same kind of results as you use these wonderful products. I can’t put into words how grateful I am to have discovered essential oils.” ~ Doug L.

This insight on Olympic athlete’s and the law of attraction is from my friend Jeannette Maw…

Who else watched last night as the Russians ended a 12 time winning streak in Olympic pairs figure skating?

In fact, I can hardly take my eyes off any Olympic coverage – it’s so exciting!

One of our Good Vibe U forum members posted about how unhelpful it is when announcers focus on the athletes’ limitations and weak points as they’re performing.  (“Now this is where she’s struggled all season, let’s see if she can pull it off now.”)  Not a great focus for supporting success, huh?

Then yesterday afternoon seeing the cross country skiers collapse in exhaustion after crossing the finish line, it was easy to admire the all out effort they gave in an attempt to be recognized as the best at what they do.

It made me wonder about my recent post about how if it feels like work, it doesn’t work.  Watching those skiers at the extreme of their physical endurance practically put me in the mood to go stretch myself at something!

As I was contemplating the “feel good” of “working hard,” I dialed into the pairs figure skating event and watched Kavaguti and Smirnov blow their chances at a gold medal.

The announcer’s commentary about the Russian skaters was insightful from a law of attraction perspective.

Before they performed, there were plenty of reasons to expect this couple to do well, including the fact that the Russian dynasty for Olympic gold in this event had been in place since 1964 and that this very couple had an upset win at the European Figure Skating Championships last month.

After they faltered in a performance that cost them the medal, one of the announcers astutely observed:

“There is such a fine line between wanting it and wanting it too much.  And squeezing too hard and trying to force it to happen.  If they had just trusted what they’d been doing all week.”

The second announcer joined in to suggest that the couple had “practiced too hard” and didn’t have enough gas to get through it when it counted, despite the fact that they were looking really good prior to competing.

My takeaway from this is that there’s nothing wrong with sweating and pushing to our extreme – when it feels good.  But paying attention to where our fine line is – which is an individual phenomenon – to know when we cross into territory of resistance and worry and clinging .. that’s gotta be our sign to back off and find our way back to good.

I’m sure we’ll see more examples of the art of releasing resistance and creating vibrational alignment as the games continue!

In the meantime, Michele Woodward and Jeannette are going public with their scintillating conversations about life.

And if you’re interested in exploring the topic of relationships in more detail, Martha Beck, Terry DeMeo and Jeannette begin four weekly calls starting next Tuesday (2/23).  That one is $89 to signup, and yes, it’ll be recorded if you can’t dial in live.

Gentle Baby Testimonial

“The 3,000 mile long drive across the country when I moved to North Carolina was hard on my body, particularly my legs. My feet, ankles and calves were very swollen from sitting in the car driving for a week. I tried a few different oils and the one that made the biggest difference was, oddly, Gentle Baby! It made the swelling go down and the discomfort ease – go figure!

Moral of the story – if one oil doesn’t work – try another, don’t limit your choices to what you think an oil may or not do… you just never really know.” ~ Evelyn Vincent

Have you ever gotten burned from a curling iron?  If you have, you are very aware of the pain that is caused when your skin gets sizzled.  You do need to be careful but still it is easy to accidentally touch your skin with the curling iron an holly guacamole does it hurt!!lavaderm-lavender-skin

You immediately want to reach in the medicine cabinet and pull out something magic to take away the pain.  The best thing I have found to help alleviate the painful feeling from a burn is with all natural Lavaderm Spray and Lavender oil.  I spray the burn with the Lavaderm Spray and then put a few drops of Lavender oil on the burn and then take several whiffs of the lavender oil.

Not only does the pain subside but nerves calm down with the lavender oil.

The Essential Oil Desk Reference suggests to continue misting the burn with Lavaderm Spray when necessary, to cool the burn area and to spray 4-5 times and hour for the first two hours and follow each spray with 2-4 drops of lavender oil.lavender-oil-dish-flower

Thereafter, apply LavaDerm every 15-30 minutes during the first day and apply 2-4 drops of lavender oil as needed immediately after each LavaDerm misting.

On days 2 through 5, mist every hour and follow with 2-4 drops lavender oil.  Continue using LavaDerm 3 to 6 times daily until healed.  Applying Rose Ointment to keep the tissue soft.

Ever since my divorce in 1998 I have bought myself gifts at Christmas, Valentines and on my birthday.  This Christmas my gift to myself was a membership to 24 Hour Fitness. I knew my first work out would result in significant muscle pain, but I also knew it would be worth it and that I needed to start to get busy on getting in better shape. On the the evening after my first work out I began to feel the aching muscle pain coming on.

I knew that I had the “natural goods” (not chemically made or toxic pain relief products) to help lessen my aching muscles and so before climbing into bed I applied two different Young Living products:balsam-fir-deep-relief

  1. Idaho Balsam Fir therapeutic grade essential oil is a conifer oil distilled in northern Idaho that has a refreshing and uplifting scent. Used in massage, it has a soothing effect on muscle and body discomfort associated with exercise.*
  2. Ortho Sport Massage Oil is designed for both professional and amateur athletes, as well as anyone who works or plays hard. Ortho Sport Massage Oil has a higher phenol content, which has been used traditionally to produce a warming sensation and provide relief to tired muscles.
  • Ingredients of Ortho Sport Massage Oil : Fractionated Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil, Gaultheria Procumbens† (Wintergreen) Leaf Oil, Mentha Piperita† (Peppermint) Oil, Origanum Compactum† Leaf Oil, Eucalyptus Globulus† Leaf Oil, Canarium Luzonicum† Gum Oil, Triticum Vulgare (Wheat) Germ Oil, Vetiveria Zizanoides† Root Oil, Cymbopogon Flexuosus† Oil, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, Thymus Vulgaris † (Thyme) Oil, and Olea Europaea‡ (Olive) Fruit Oil.

I put about 4 drops of Idaho Balsam Fir into the palm of my hand along with about 2 teaspoons of Ortho Sport and I generously applied this to my sore muscles.  I had to do this a couple of times.  Lastly I applied the same to the bottoms of my feet. You may wonder, why apply the essential oil to the bottom of my foot…read more here.

After brushing my pillow with the scent and cupping my hands over my nose, (being mindful not to touch my face), I took several nice long deep breaths of the scent that was left on my hand and then I climbed into bed.

The next morning when I woke I noticed my muscles were sore, but not too bad.  I know that if I would not of applied Idaho Balsam Fir and Ortho Sport to my aching muscles, I would of been really hurting.  I did the same application regime on the second night and that was all I needed to do.balsam-fir-farm-idaho

In January Gary Young and many distributors of Young Living will be harvesting Balsam Fir.  Young Living has property up in Bonner’s Ferry, Idaho, which is where our Balsam Fir is.  I was so hoping to be able to go help in this process, but I just can’t get away, being as my bookkeeping business is way too busy in January. Wouldn’t it be nice to be in two places at once. Well I can be in spirit, just not physically.

Balsam fir has been prized through the ages for its medicinal effects and ability to heal respiratory conditions and muscular and rheumatic pain. It is grounding and stimulating to the mind, and relaxing to the body.

I am so glad to have Idaho Balsam Fir in my cupboard and I will always have some on hand just in case I need to utilize the power of the oil to help alleviate aches and pains. And by the way, I am doing great with my work outs!!

Young Living Essential Oils is now growing eucalyptus globulus in Ecuador and they are finding that the oils produced in Ecuador have more constituents in higher percentages than anywhere else in the world. Eucalyptus globulus grown in Ecuador tests 10 times more powerful than Eucalyptus globulus grown in Australia. Possible reasons for this are the high elevation, and the rich volcanic ash soil that they are grown in; Ecuador has more volcanoes than anywhere else in the world.

  • Eucalyptus globulus and Eucalyptus dives are best applied topically or on the reflex points of the feet.
  • Eucalyptus  radiata and Eucalyptus polybractea are more suitable for diffusing, inhalation, rectal, and douche applications.

The scent of Eucalyptus is familiar to anyone that has consumed cough drops. Most Eucalyptus species are helpful for the respiratory tract and are useful in loosening and expectorating mucus.

4 kinds of Eucalyptus – some ways to use each eucalyptus-globulus-plant-tree

Eucalyptus globulus: is expectorant, mucolytic, antimicrobial, antibacterial, anti-fungal, antiviral, and antiseptic. It helps reduce infections in the throat and lungs, such as rhinopharyngitis, laryngitis, flu, sinusitis, bronchitis, bronchial asthma, and bronchial pneumonia.

Eucalyptol (1.8 cineol) occurs in high concentrations in Eucalyptus globulus and other eucalyptus species. It is responsible for the oil’s ability to decongest the lungs, clear sinus passages, and contributes to a good deal of its anti-infectious, respiratory supporting effects. This oil is especially useful during the cold and flu season.

Eucalyptus globulus is also very effective as an air purifier. It effectively removes odors and airborne bacteria.

According to Dr. Jean Valnet, M.D., a solution of only 2% Eucalyptus globulus can kill 70% of airborne Staphylococcus bacteria.

Dr. Jean Valnet M.D. recommends to use Eucalyptus globulus for: general antiseptic purposes, malaria, typhus, measles, reducing blood sugar, fighting respiratory infections, such as bronchitis, tuberculosis, influenza, pneumonia, and sinusitis, combating asthma, opening the sinus and respiratory tract, removing intestinal parasites and worms, treating wounds and burns. eucalyptus-radiata-plant

Eucalyptus radiata: is cooling, refreshing, and energizing. Lighter in smell than Eucalyptus globulus, it has many of the same supportive properties.

Because it is relatively gentle and nonirritating, it is the preferred choice for children. This variety is one of the most versatile of the eucalyptus oils and is suitable for topical use, diffusing, and even direct inhalation.

Euclyptus radiata is an ingredient in some of Young Living’s most popular blends. A few examples: R.C. (which stands for Respiratory Congestion), Raven and Thieves. These oils should be in your arsenal for cold & flu season.

Eucalyptus radiata is one of the best eucalyptus oils for diffusing.

Dr. Penoel recommends Eucalyptus radiata for rhinitis, bronchitis, cough, pulmonary infections, acnes asthma, and vaginitis.

The first sign of a cold or flu, a drop of oil can be added to a tablespoon of Honey or Agave and taken every hour for the first five hours, and 5 times a day thereafter until symptoms abate. You can also put the drops in an empty 00 capsule.

A drop or two of oil can also be sprinkled on a handkerchief or washcloth and inhaled directly as needed to help with respiratory or sinus conditions.

In cases of serious respiratory conditions or yeast infections, you can do an enema or vaginal application, which is recommend by Dr. Penoel. Add 1-2 drops of essential oils to 2-4 tablespoons of grape seed oil or V-6 massage oil.

Eucalyptus dives: This species is high in phellandrene and low in eucalyptol. It is excellent for use in topical application, as it may be less irritating to the skin than other eucalyptus varieties.

  • Avoid prolonged, direct inhalation
  • Dr. Penoel recommends Eucalyptus dives for: Sinusitis, ear infection (never put any essential oil directly into the ear canal!), vaginitis.
  • Best used in topical applications as it is the strongest and most caustic
  • Diffused, but avoid direct inhalation

Diffusing Eucalyptus

All of the oils may by diffused. The Young Living Essential Oil Diffuser, a cold-air nebulizer diffuser, has a special nebulizer that is custom designed to disperse the oils in a micro fiber vapor. This allows the oils to stay suspended in the air to reduce bacteria, fungi and mold. It also freshens the air with natural fragrances, eliminating the need for synthetic, harmful air fresheners. Topical Application of Eucalyptus

All of the Young Living essential oils can be applied to the Vita Flex points on the feet (see foot chart  and other foot care tips), added to bath water mixed with the Young Living Bath & Shower Gel Base or in 1/4 cu Epsom Salts or Sea Salt, applied topically or used with body and foot massage.

balsam-fir-farm-idahoOn the fifth day of Christmas Young Living scent to me 5 Balsam Fir, 4 Frankincense, 3 Wise Men, 2 NingXia Reds and a bottle of Lavender oil.

What a treat to get Balsam Fir.  I remember one very profound healing for myself with this precious oil.  I was listening to Gary Young on a conference call, when he was able to take a well needed break from harvesting Balsam Fir in Idaho. I had been suffering from upper chest pain for several months, nothing terrible, but the pain was constantly there.  It was a feeling of pain in my muscles. After listening to Gary and better understanding the amazing healing qualities of Balsam Fir, I decided to put several drops across my chest. I am always amazed at the results that I receive when using Young Living therapeutic-grade essential oils. This time was another of those ah ha moments.  Within seconds the pain in my chest was totally gone! I did not have any more pain but I continued to apply the oil for the next few days and the pain has not returned.

Young Livings balsam fir is harvested and distilled in northern Idaho by Gary Young. This incredible oil has been used for years in folk medicine for its supportive properties of the circulatory and respiratory systems. Balsam fir is traditionally used to aid tired and sore muscles.*

Product Story
Balsam fir looks much like a beautiful conifer tree-similar to something you’d decorate during the Christmas season. At the balsam fir winter harvest in northern Idaho, the entire tree is cut and delicately distilled. Gary Young personally selects the trees and oversees the entire harvest and distillation process. During the past few harvest seasons, Gary has also invited Young Living members to participate in this unique event.

If you are interested in helping with the harvest of Balsam Fir, please contact me and I will provide you with more information on this amazing time.  The harvest will be during the month of January in 2010.

The plant constituents in balsam fir have historically been used to support respiratory function and ease muscular and joint discomfort. To use balsam fir for respiratory support, simply inhale straight from the bottle or include a few drops in a Young Living diffuser-the fresh pine scent is very grounding and relaxing. Balsam fir can also be beneficial as part of therapeutic massage. Balsam Fir aids in supporting the circulatory and respiratory systems and may also help ease discomfort following rigorous physical activity.*

To use, mix one part balsam fir with one part Young Living V-6TM Enhanced
Vegetable Oil Complex and massage onto trouble spots. The primary natural plant constituents absorbed through the skin are alpha-pinene, beta pinene, camphene, and limonene. When used together, these key constituents can work to soothe localized muscular discomfort.

Did You Know?

There was only one other thing that had more value than Frankincense and that, however, wasn’t gold – and that oil was Balsam. Interestingly, research from Israel suggests Balsam oil was called “gold.” balsam-fir-deep-relief

The researchers who found these latest scrolls and translations are saying now it might have been Balsam oil, Frankincense and Myrrh that was brought to the Christ Child – and not frankincense, myrrh and the metal gold. Frankincense, Myrrh and Balsam were very commonly used throughout the regions, and Balsam grew on the inland north slopes of southern Arabia, north of where the Frankincense trees grew then and still grow today.

Balsam fir is found in Young Living  Believe, Egyptian Gold, En-R-Gee, Gratitude, Sacred Mountain , and Transformation essential oil blends, as well as in Deep ReliefTM Essential Oil.

Not only is Balsam Fir a must for every home because of the medicinal benefits but the scent is so beautiful and especially perfect during the Christmas time.  When you diffuse the essential oil of Balsam Fir it smells like being in the forest and is a very blessed scent and wonderful air freshener!!
