This is a delicious and nutritious granola recipe I concocted years ago. I’ve chosen the individual ingredients because they are the best tasting and best quality, I highly recommend using the suggested ingredients so that you can experience this delicious recipe the same way my friends and I do. Whether you’ve made a New Years resolution to lose weight or are mindful about the kind of foods you eat I think you’ll find this favorite recipe of mine to help you stick with your goals. It’s simple to make and is great to keep on-hand for those busy days when you need fast food or snacks for yourself or kids.

Method:

Preheat oven to 325* F

(Note: do not use a higher temperature as too high heat not only can kill the nutritional value but could also make your wolfberries taste bitter)

Re-hydrate wolfberries: in a small bowl add wolfberries, add enough hot tap water to cover, let sit for 4 minutes and drain.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and with a spoon stir well until all ingredients are combined well and equally moistened.

Spread the entire mixture on to a cookie sheet, about 1/2 to 3/4 thick, into the middle of the pan.

Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Let cool for 10 minutes and scrape granola off cookie sheet with a spatula into a large bowl to finish cooling, or serve warm.

Bon Appetite!

Your recipe reads delicious! I like the idea of adding YL essential oils to the Hemp Seed Oil. Wolfberries are a yummy addition. I keep a bowl in the freezer for snacking.
